Whenever you come to our village Villanders/Villandro you’ll be surprised by the gorgeous landscape. Villanders ranges from the vineyards below the village to the mellow pastures and the mountain Villanderer Berg (2509m) where you’ll have a beautiful view over the Dolomites. Already in the late winter the first harbingers of spring introduce the hiking season, the magic alpine rose bloom, Törggelen and numerous sights make the region to a paradise for hikers.

Villanders/Villandro is a peaceful location, nestled amid the eastern slopes of the Sarentine Alps, extends from the bed of the Eisack River up to the heights of the vast Villanders/Villandro Alpine Meadow, one of the largest and most-beautiful meadows of the Alps.

The bikemobil Card allows you to make full use of South Tyrol's Integrated Public Transport network on one, three or seven days and in addition, on one day of your choice you may rent a bike in one of the 31 railway stations' bike rentals.
